Mr. Hanstad’s success story started almost three decades ago, right out of school, going to work for a small glass fabricator on the west coast of Southern California. Over the years of hard work, building relationships, and staying committed to the glass industry that provided for his family since the beginning, Mr. Hanstad leveraged his way to the top of his profession. In 2019, Mr. Hanstad co-founded and developed FHC Frameless Hardware Company and has been involved in all phases of the company from acquisitions, vendor relations, warehouse logistics, and new product developments. An American based company, FHC is a privately-owned, entrepreneurial business which is rapidly becoming North America’s leading manufacturer and supplier to the glass, glazing, and fenestration industries. Mr. Hanstad is active within the glazing industry supporting education, charitable contributions, and all the national organizations related.
