Doug DeRusha, the newly appointed VP of Sales at FHC Frameless Hardware Company, brings over 39 years of experience in the Glass Industry. His impressive career began at CR Laurence Company, where he first delved into Sales within the Boston area. Doug's aptitude and dedication led him to the role of Eastern Regional Sales Manager after seven years, followed by a significant promotion to National Sales Manager in 2000, overseeing all accounts to the east of the Mississippi.
In his most recent role before joining FHC, Doug served as the National Sales Director of CR Laurence. He was responsible for managing the company's entire outside sales team. His expertise extends to Architectural Hardware, focusing on Glass & Stainless-Steel Railings, Glass Entrances & Doors, and customized hardware solutions. Renowned for his presentations, education, and training sessions with leading architects and glaziers nationwide, Doug is celebrated for his infectious enthusiasm and deep-seated passion for the Glass Industry.
Away from his professional life, Doug cherishes family time, celebrating a 35-year marriage, and enjoying moments with his daughters and two granddaughters. His leisure time is filled with boating, immersing himself in books, and engaging in spirited games of Cribbage, reflecting a balance between a fulfilling career and a rich personal life.
