Will Call Pick Up
FHC offers five conveniently located local Service Centers for Will Call Pick Up, making it easy for customers to quickly access the products they need. Whether you’re picking up a pre-placed order or need assistance on the spot, our Service Centers are designed to provide fast and efficient support.
Each location is staffed with knowledgeable team members who are ready to assist with your projects from start to finish. Our experienced staff can help you select the right hardware for your specific application, answer technical questions, and help you place or modify an order as needed.
Common Carrier
Orders will ship via common carrier only when required, due to size and weight limitations. FHC works with many freight companies that make daily pickups and cover all of the areas to which they ship.
For a specific freight company please make that request at the time of your order. We will make every effort to ship your order by requested carrier.
Orders shipped via motor freight or common carrier, to residential areas, are subject to a residential delivery charge in addition to the freight costs.
Uber Courier
For customers who need their order as quickly as possible, FHC also offers the convenience of same-day delivery through Uber.
Eligibility Requirements:
- Under 30 lbs (no stock-length items)
- Total value under $200
- Package size must fit one of the following:
- Small (12x6x6 inches)
- Medium (22x14x9 inches)
- Large (20x12x12 inches)
Use the Uber app (mobile or desktop) to schedule delivery by entering FHC's location and pickup details. When the driver arrives, FHC staff will verify the order and hand it off for delivery to your address.
