Gerardo Beanes’ career in the glass and glazing industry began in 1996 when he joined C.R. Laurence Co. as a production machinist. Over nearly three decades, Gerardo developed a deep technical expertise and a hands-on understanding of the manufacturing processes required for high-performance products in the hospitality and automotive sectors. A "quick study" with a commitment to quality and continuous improvement, he worked alongside industry visionaries to contribute to research and development initiatives that pushed the boundaries of innovation in commercial and architectural hardware.

Throughout his tenure, Gerardo has been recognized for his dedication to precision and his ability to navigate complex engineering challenges. In 2025, Gerardo reunited with his long-time mentors and colleagues at Frameless Hardware Company (FHC). As the supervisor for Commercial Products and the Steincraft Panic Handle line, Gerardo brings a veteran’s perspective to FHC’s mission of product innovation and customer-centric service.
