John Leonard
Business Development Manager for FHC Frameless Hardware Company LLC.
John began his career in the glass business in 1994 when he went to work at C.R. Laurence in their Customer Service Department. He was a quick learner with tremendous communication skills which led him to be quickly promoted to CRL’s Telemarketing Sales Team. Working several different territories, John consistently achieved his sales goals, while at the same time setting the standards for others to follow. John’s up-beat energy, and wealth of knowledge led him to his next promotion into the Key Accounts Sales Department, where he oversaw large national accounts.
Through the years of giving top notch service and building lasting relationships with his customers, John was asked to help in creating a Business Development Department. In this new department his focus was on servicing customers, coordinating project sales between different technical brands, and developing customer relations to flourish future business. Once again, the department was a success!
John’s entrepreneurial mindset led him to search out new challenges, and he decided to come to FHC as our Business Development Manager. We are confident with John’s abilities and are positive he will continue to make FHC the company customers want to do business with.
