Nancy Prado began her career in the glass industry in 1995 at CRL, starting in the warehouse. Her dedication and drive for growth quickly earned her a move to the customer service department just one year later, where she gained a solid understanding of what delivering excellent customer service truly means.

Another year later, Nancy was promoted to inside sales, a role she excelled in for over 15 years. During this time, she also worked at the Will Call counter, where she built strong, lasting relationships with customers. These connections followed her as she transitioned into roles within the Door & Window, Shower, and Transaction Hardware departments, where she continued to deliver outstanding service until 2020. After taking a brief break from the industry, Nancy returned in a new role as Operations Manager at another company, gaining valuable leadership experience and expanding her knowledge of the glass business from a different perspective.
