The Frameless Hardware Company Introduces FHC Steincraft™ Access Control Handles
Suite of UL-Listed Tubular Architectural Handles Designed, Engineered and Manufactured in the U.S.A. by FHC Manufacturing
South Gate, CA (July 6, 2021) – The Frameless Hardware Company LLC (FHC), a glass and glazing supplier and architectural hardware manufacturer, has expanded its offering for all-glass entrance systems with the debut of its new collection of FHC Steincraft™ Access Control Handles. The line includes panic device, dummy, deadbolt and electronic egress configurations available in glass and rail mount options along with aluminum framed, wood and metal mounting options. Designed, engineered and manufactured in the U.S.A. in the company’s Southern California facility, the new collection delivers contemporary, elegant aesthetics backed by industry-recognized UL-305 and BHMA certification.
Designed to please architects, fabricators and building inspectors alike, the new design is available in six standard architectural finishes and showcases a new, state-of-the-art precision bending process for smooth, uninterrupted handle transitions. For added versatility, the collection is available in ADA compliant keyed cylinder configurations, NFPA 101 compliant height configurations, and can accommodate entrances up to 10’ tall in accordance with NGA-GANA guidelines. Additionally, the FHC Steincraft™ Panic Handle provides added safety with a new anti-finger pinch faceplate design and factory applied engraved push indicator areas.
“‘Good enough’ isn’t in our vocabulary,” said Chris Hanstad, president of FHC. “We saw a void in the marketplace and thus an opportunity for a new and improved solution for the industry. The result looks great and performs incredibly. The standard for premium hardware has a new name, it’s FHC Steincraft™.”
FHC Steincraft™ Access Control Handles are available now, and will make their official debut at GlassBuild America, September 13-15, in Atlanta, GA. This and other FHC innovations will be on display in booth #803.
