FHC Named One of the Glass Industry’s Best Companies to Work For
FREDERICKSBURG—Frameless Hardware Co. (FHC) of South Gate, Calif., was named one of the best companies to work for in the glass and metal industry by USGlass magazine. FHC was one of the winners in the category of companies employing 101-1,000 employees.
FHC was featured along with other winners in the September 2022 issue of USGlass magazine. Companies were scored according to the benefit information supplied by company representatives. Employees across the industry nominated their companies in response to an invitation to USGlass magazine subscribers. Submissions were ranked using a weighted point system that assigned value to each of the various benefits these companies offered. That point system was based on an independent survey of glass and metal industry employees who ranked those benefits most important to them.
Among the benefits that earned FHC a spot on the list are employer paid medical and dental insurance, an employer match 401K, up to four weeks employer paid maternity leave and employer paid continuing education, among others.
