Industry Veteran Johnny Gonzales Joins FHC as Operations Manager

With over three decades of experience in operations management, logistics, and customer service, Gonzales will play a key role in driving efficiency, scalability, and operational excellence across FHC’s growing national footprint.

Gonzales began his career in 1992 at C.R. Laurence Company (CRL) in Los Angeles as a warehouse order puller. His dedication and leadership quickly earned him a series of promotions — from Receiving Lead to Packaging Supervisor, and ultimately Warehouse Manager — where he excelled in inventory control, reliability, and organizational excellence.

In 2021, Gonzales was promoted to Director of Operations at CRL, overseeing the company’s West Coast service center region. He played a pivotal role in nationwide expansion efforts, managing the planning, execution, and launch of multiple branch locations across the continental United States.
