FHC Welcomes Industry Veteran Bob Plush as Vice President of Sales, Western Region
Strategic addition strengthens leadership team, drives expansion, and reflects FHC’s continued growth and market momentum.
[South Gate, CA – November 14, 2025] — The Frameless Hardware Company (FHC), a leading U.S. manufacturer and supplier of architectural glass and glazing systems, proudly announces the appointment of Bob Plush as Vice President of Sales for the Western Region.
A respected industry leader with over 25 years of experience across the glass, glazing, and architectural hardware markets, Bob brings a wealth of knowledge in operational excellence, business development, and customer engagement. In his new role, he will lead sales strategy, regional growth, and key account development throughout the Western United States — advancing FHC’s continued expansion and customer-first approach.
Prior to joining FHC, Bob served as General Manager for U.S. Horizon, a division of C.R. Laurence (CRL) and Oldcastle BuildingEnvelope (KPS Capital Partners, LP). There, he oversaw sales, operations, and global sourcing for a $40 million business unit, implementing initiatives that improved profitability, strengthened manufacturing partnerships across Asia, and enhanced digital integration through SAP S/4HANA.
At FHC, Bob’s leadership will focus on building strong relationships with glazing contractors, fabricators, and distributors, while supporting FHC’s ongoing growth as a vertically integrated manufacturer known for its innovation, short lead times, and responsive customer service.
“Bob’s experience, insight, and leadership style fit perfectly with FHC’s culture of action and accountability,” said Chris Hanstad, President and CEO of FHC. “He’s part of a growing group of senior-level talent choosing to join FHC — a reflection of our strategic direction, company culture, and the momentum we’ve built across the industry. As more experienced professionals recognize where the innovation and energy are, we’re proud to welcome leaders like Bob who share our vision for redefining what a manufacturer-supplier can be.”
Bob joins FHC at a pivotal time in the company’s evolution. What began as a five-person team has grown into a national operation with five facilities, over 300 employees, and an expanding product portfolio that includes entrances, frameless shower systems, railings, and architectural hardware. As FHC continues to capture market share through innovation, responsiveness, and customer-driven solutions, the addition of Plush strengthens its leadership bench and reinforces its trajectory toward industry dominance.
“It’s exciting to be part of a company that’s growing for all the right reasons — innovation, integrity, and a real commitment to the people who make this industry great,” Bob said. “FHC understands the needs of glaziers, fabricators, and distributors because that’s who we are at our core.”
