Description
Installation Guide for SBT SHATTERSTOP® Safety Mirror Backing Tape
1. Preparation:
- Ensure the mirror surface is clean, dry, and free of grease, oil, or other contaminants.
- Use a dry rag to remove any dirt and dust from the mirror's back.
2. Application:
- Cut the SBT tape to the desired length.
- Apply the tape to the back of the mirror, ensuring it bonds reliably to the mirror backing paint.
- Press firmly to ensure good adhesion and to eliminate any air bubbles.
3. Finishing:
- Check for any loose edges and press them down firmly.
- Store any unused tape in its original packaging in a cool, dry area away from direct sunlight.
