Tony DePalma
Director of Business Development for FHC Frameless Hardware Company LLC.
Tony started in the Glass Industry in 1985 as part of the Telemarketing Sales Team at C.R. Laurence Company in Los Angeles. Tony prided himself in providing excellent service to his customers by combining excellent communication skills, along with a deep understanding of the glass products he was selling. In the late 1990’s with his success in sales, Tony was promoted to Manager of the Inside Sales Team, in which he was responsible for developing and building a teamwork concept with his sales staff. In 2018 Mr. DePalma, was tasked with developing and managing a new Business Development Department combining customer service with technical service for standard and custom fabricated materials.
After 35 years of sales and customer service experience in the Glass Industry, Tony joined FHC as Director of Business Development. In this new role, Tony assists and guides FHC’s talented staff to provide excellent service and product knowledge to our customers. His leadership, passion, and excellent communication skills has helped FHC grow to be the #1 choice in the Glazing Supply Industry.
