FHC acquired all assets of Morse Architectural Oregon
(formerly Morse Industries) from M-D Building ID SD
Products, Inc. The well-established Kent, Idaho WY South Dakota
Washington based company offers a complete HI Wyoming
line of glass railing systems, frameless shower Hawaii
door hardware, extrusions, and pass-thru assemblies. CA
Through the sale FHC has acquired all inventory, California NE
product designs, and three U.S. facilities including NV Nebraska
Kent, WA, Brea, CA, and West Columbia, SC. Nevada UT

The deal marks FHC’s third acquisition in just two years Kansas
