Secondary Seal Method
When fabricating a dual sealed unit with Silicone Application:
FHC Silicone Insulating Glass Sealant Apply Silicone to the edges
Item No. 1G9542, follow these steps: with a caulking gun, ensuring
it penetrates the spacer
PIB Tape Application: shoulders for a proper seal.
Apply PIB Tape (Item No. P1B210) to one Focus on the corners but avoid
side of the assembled spacer frame as excessive sealant that could

If you observe a Newton Ring, flip the
affected units upright and repair them
before transport to prevent permanent
rub marks.
