Handrail
Installation
Step 1
Order tempered or laminated tempered
glass with 3/4" diameter holes in the glass
panels. FHC Handrail Brackets, for glass
balusters, require 3/4" holes in order to
provide clearance for the mounting plates
and allow movement for minor adjustments
when required. Refer to your shop drawings
for hole locations.
Step 2
Install the brackets for the entire run of
handrail on one side. Leave each bracket
slightly loose so they can be positioned to
match the handrails.
Step 3
Temporarily clamp the handrail to
the bracket saddles and attach with
the bracket screws provided. Refer
to FHC website, fhc-usa.com for
a complete collection of handrail
hardware and expert advice.
