Gus entered the glass industry in 2004 as part of the Customer Service Team at CRL in Los Angeles. He quickly learned about products by helping customers daily with their inquiries and orders. If Gus did not know the answer to a specific question he would find out and get right back to the customer, as well as retain the knowledge for future inquiries. Gus’s work ethic and experience led him to be promoted within a year to the Glass and Glazing Technical Department where he began to flourish. In this role, Gus provided support for all the core glazing products, while also managing most inquiries for glass machinery and handling equipment. After a few years in the technical department and earning a reputation within the company as the “go to guy” for answers, Gus was promoted once again to the Product Management Department. As a Product Manager he helped with product research and development, as well as built vendor relationships.

Seeking a new challenge, Gus joined FHC as Will Call Manager. We are proud of Gus’s accomplishments and dedication to servicing customers. Gus is a leader and really enjoys having face-to-face contact with customers. Please make sure to say hello to Gus the next time you swing by FHC’s Will Call.
