The FHC Hilti HIT-HY 270 is an adhesive system that lets you anchor into masonry with confidence - even in the grout. You drill as usual, insert a screen tube (that's the part that makes the magic happen), fill with adhesive, and insert the threaded rod. The performances given in Specs are only valid if the anchor is used in compliance with the specifications and conditions noted.
