FHC is committed to maintaining a fair and transparent return policy for our customers. The following guidelines detail the procedures for returning all stock merchandise

Special order or custom fabricated items are not returnable for credit. Orders for special order or fabricated merchandise
may only be cancelled with approval of FHC and may incur a cancellation charge up to the full amount of the order for costs
incurred. Contact FHC Customer service for additional assistance.

Up to 30 Days:

• Return of stock items. Product must be unused and in the original packaging,

Returns 31-180 Days

• All returns between 31 and 180 days must be approved by the Returns Manager. Stock products only, and they must be in their original packaging. A 20% restocking charge will apply, and there will be no freight credit.

Returns over 180 days:

• Returns over 180 days will not be allowed.

Special Order or Fabricated Merchandise

• Special order or Manufactured items are not returnable for credit. Orders for such merchandise can only be canceled with the approval of FHC and may be subject to a cancellation charge up to the full amount of the order for costs incurred

Return Policy for Tools:

• All tool sales are final. Please inspect all tools upon receipt.
• Tools will only be accepted for return due to a manufacturing defect and inspected by FHC Product Management, if approved all accessory components or other parts contained in the original packaging
• Tools with signs of use, damaged, or altered by the user are not eligible for return. Tools returned to FHC without prior authorization will be returned to the purchaser.

Return Policy for Clearance Items:

• All clearance items are considered "Final Sale" and cannot be returned or exchanged. Clearance items may include discontinued products.
• When purchasing clearance items, please review the product description, website images, and  specifications before making a purchase. When purchasing clearance items, you accept and agree to the sale terms and understand that no returns or exchanges will be accepted on these products.

• All Glazier tool sales are final. Customer must inspect all tools upon receipt/delivery.
• You must contact FHC Customer service team before attempting to return any tools and request must be made within 12 days of receipt, otherwise Tools will be returned to the purchaser.
