The Glazing Supply Company

Tina started in the Glass Industry right out of high school in 1988 as part of the Order Desk Team at Sommer and Maca, a well-known glazing supply company. In 1992 she joined C.R. Laurence, one of the largest glass supply distributors, where she established her career as part of the Customer Service Team. In 1995 Tina was promoted to the Inside Sales Team, where she used her experience and product knowledge to represent the company in servicing the Midwest Region. After becoming well-versed at sales and customer service, in 2007 Tina was promoted to Online Support Manager. Because of Tina’s success at her new position, after only one year she was named Manager of Customer Service, where she spent the next thirteen years.

With over an impressive 32 years of Customer Service Experience under her belt, Tina joined FHC. As FHC’s Customer Service Director, Tina continues to build relationships with customers and her teammates. Tina helps to guide and mentor FHC’s dedicated staff with a commitment to bring excellent customer service back to our industry. Her passion in providing extreme customer service has helped FHC grow rapidly, and to be positioned as the #1 choice in the Glazing Supply Industry.
