Overview
This window lock is constructed of diecast material and comes in a black-painted finish. It is for use with older-style windows with metal fins no thicker than 1/4 inch. The lock is designed as a secondary security locking devise for sliding windows, which can be used in both the closed-window, or slightly-opened for ventilating position, as well as to help keep children from accidentally opening windows. A tamper-resistant hex security screw and a wrench are included with this lock.
